Dr. Michael Singer is a Retina Surgeon at Medical Center Ophthalmology Associates, San Antonio, TX, and Founder, Dolce Food Corp.

Dr. Singer earned his medical degree from Boston University Board, and was certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, PRK Laser Certification. He is also a Fellow with the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Singer's post graduate work includes: LA County USC Medical Ctr./Ophthalmology Internship, Pre-Residency at Doheney Eye Institute of Los Angeles,  St. Vincent's Hopsital and Medical Center of New York --Ophthalmology Residency, and Fellowship at the Eye Consultant of Atlanta, Pledmont Hospital.

Dr. Singer is also on the faculty and Board of Directors with CAMP Independence for Diabetic Children where the idea of "il Dolce Futuro" was born.
